Privacy Policy

DraftSolver is operated by an individual sole proprietor. This policy explains what information the service collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes and are never visible to us.
• Your Sleeper username, if you choose to provide it, so the app can prefill your drafts.
• Draft activity. When you connect a Sleeper draft, the app reads publicly available draft data from Sleeper's API — picks, league settings, and rosters — to generate recommendations. Practice drafts are generated locally in your browser.
• Purchase records. If you buy a season pass, we store a payment identifier and the email you used at checkout so we can verify your access.
• Local settings. Your league shape, room preference, and in-progress draft are stored in your own browser and are not transmitted to us.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your payment card details. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for marketing purposes. There is no advertising on DraftSolver.

Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — accounts, authentication, and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and stores payment information under its own privacy policy.
• Netlify — website hosting, which involves standard server logs.
• Sleeper — public draft data is read from Sleeper's API. We do not send Sleeper any personal information about you beyond the public draft identifier you provide.

How we use it

To operate the service: to sign you in, to determine whether you hold a season pass, to generate draft recommendations, and to respond if you contact us for support. We may email you about your account or a purchase. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Draft data pulled from Sleeper is processed in your browser and is not retained on our servers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account by emailing support@draftsolver.com. Deleting your account removes your profile record. Purchase records may be retained where required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor those requests regardless of where you are.

Cookies and storage

DraftSolver uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your league settings and in-progress drafts. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

DraftSolver is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that one account cannot read or modify another. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures and will notify affected users promptly if a breach occurs.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
