These terms govern your use of DraftSolver. By using the service you agree to them. Plain language throughout; nothing here is hidden.
DraftSolver is a fantasy football draft assistant. It produces recommendations from statistical models. It is an analysis tool, not a guarantee of results, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sleeper, the NFL, or any sportsbook.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. One account per person. Do not share account credentials.
The season pass is a one-time payment that unlocks live Sleeper draft sync for the stated NFL season. It is not a subscription and will not renew or charge you again. Practice drafts and draft reports remain free without a pass. Access ends when that season's regular season concludes.
If DraftSolver does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided you have not already used live draft sync for a completed draft. Once you have used the pass for a real draft, the product has been delivered. If a technical failure on our side prevented you from using it during your draft, contact us and we will refund you regardless.
Do not attempt to bypass payment, resell or redistribute access, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation or with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
Projections, rankings, and probabilities are estimates. Player data may be incomplete or out of date, particularly around injuries and late roster news. You are responsible for your own draft decisions. DraftSolver is provided for entertainment and analytical purposes and is not gambling advice or financial advice.
We aim to keep DraftSolver running during draft season but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on third-party services, including Sleeper's API, which may change or become unavailable without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, DraftSolver's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your season pass. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost league winnings or entry fees.
You can stop using DraftSolver at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate access for violations of these terms, with a refund where fair.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
